For experienced skiers and those who want to be one, the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski resort is a firm fixture on any bucket list. The ski runs extend into the communities of Saalbach, Leogang and Fieberbrunn. Providing 270 kilometres of descents for your enjoyment. The entrance to this skiing paradise is located not far from the Goldstück. The 400 metres can be covered on foot or on the ski bus. At the valley station of the Schönleitenbahn lift, your day of skiing will get off to the perfect start. If you still need any ski equipment or a ski instructor, this is also where you need to be.
Situated directly at the Schönleiten cable car, the ski rental and the ski school are located Heugenhauser. Get yourself the right kit and treat yourself to a couple of hours of a refresher lessons, if you need it. That makes SKIING and SNOWBOARDING even more fun. From the Schönleitenbahn lift, you can reach all areas of the ski resort, Leogang, Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn without having to take the bus. No matter whether you’re a blossoming beginner or could give Marcel Hirscher a run for his money, you’ll find everything you need, from the blue to the black runs, in Saalbach.
Since winter 2019/20, the newly built zellamseeXpress has opened up yet another ski resort. From the town centre of Viehhofen, which is just four kilometres from the Goldstück and is easy to reach on the ski bus, you can access the Zell am See Schmitten and Kaprun Kitzsteinhorn ski resort.
